This Privacy Policy explains how Orion GLE Ltd ("we", "us", "our") processes personal data in relation to FieldNexus ("FieldNexus" or the "App"). FieldNexus may be provided in pre-release, beta, or production form.

• Operational and project data including jobs, sites, records, documents, schedules, and related metadata entered into the App.
• Support communications when you contact us.
• Diagnostics and usage data such as app version, device type, operating system, error traces, and feature usage events.

4. Information processed on your device

FieldNexus may store settings and temporary data locally to provide functionality and improve performance. Local data is not shared with us unless needed for sync, backup, support, or enabled telemetry.
